My 6 copies arrive this week, can't wait! This is such a great post filled with shit that is ultra-familiar. BTW, whenever a high-level client tells me they're looking around in their talent pool for great managers I'm like, "GEN X WOMEN YOU GUYS!!!" But it's always with a slight sting, because are any of us getting the menocare we actually need? Most of these companies don't offer true comprehensive insurance, and I don't want any GenX women stepping up to leadership and then burning out shortly afterward. Support, care, sleep, and repeat. Hope your entire team can do both soon!
